Spectrum seeks a Principal, Data Insights I to shape the front-end reporting of our customer experience metrics platform, guiding Product leadership to define critical metrics and enabling automated reporting for business solutions. Your expertise will influence the way we monitor and enhance customer-facing products, making a tangible impact across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact   

Drive the definition and delivery of Product usage reporting by providing thought leadership in metrics, data visualization and ETL requirementsOversee the creation of automated, customer-readable reports using tools such as Tableau and ExcelCollaborate with Information Technology and Business Intelligence teams to obtain and integrate new reference data sources for Product usage reportsWork with User Experience & Design teams to ensure reports and dashboards are usable and industry leadingGuide technical and leadership teams to resource projects appropriately and ensure timely completionEnsure proper software development life cycle practices are leveraged across all projectsDevelop partnerships with corporate groups including Software Engineering, Operations, Care, IT and Product to advance business solutions

Education  

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Experience  

8+ years of experience in customer-facing products or services8+ years working with data platforms or data analysis environments6+ years managing complex projects6+ years contributing to teams of data analysts and data scientists

The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
