About the Role
In this role, you’ll support business transformation projects by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and resolving open issues across field and support functions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring project alignment, communication, and execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You’ll Do Support the Business Transformation Director with project coordination and execution Schedule and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams Track project status and follow up on open issues Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint Maintain project documentation and workflows (SharePoint knowledge a plus) Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work independently What We’re Looking For
Top Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 8+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint Familiarity with SharePoint and workflow tools is a plus Why Join Us

Pay Details: $54.00 per hour
