Summary:
Bilingual Project Manager (Business/Native Level Japanese + Business Level English)


Take the lead on ERP projects across SAP S/4 HANA or Oracle Cloud deployment projects starting from project planning through execution and implementation. Focus on robust risk management, issue management and customer communication. This role requires working closely with customers as well as offshore development teams to achieve project goals. The role emphasizes strong risk management, issue management, and customer communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:Understand project scope, schedule, and deliverables; work closely with internal stakeholders and identify their needs and expectations.Prepare overall project schedule and confirm participation in the project estimate. Maintain project schedule and budget.Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders both directly and through remote work models, as needed.Migration and Change Management - before, during, and after project execution.Project Stakeholder Management - Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Project Scope and Schedule Management.Promote regular project reviews using due diligence and a data-driven approach to mitigate risks.Achieve project goals related to budget, schedule, and quality/scope.Escalate project issues to senior management when necessary.Contribute towards the delivery of all aspects of projects and services: Management and reporting of project activities, systems and information security.Report, analyze, and resolve issues related to implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may affect service quality, and address stakeholder concerns and issues appropriately and promptly.Implement process optimization, improvement, and modernization initiatives as needed.


Required Skillset/Qualification:
Mandatory:
Business-level English proficiency and business/native-level Japanese proficiencyCertified bachelor degree or foreign equivalent. Three years of progressive experience in a specialized field of study in lieu of annual education.Over 15 years of experience in Information Technology.Only Japanese nationals or individuals authorized to work in Japan are eligible to apply. Financial sponsorship is not available at this time.Minimum of 8 years of customer-facing project management experience in ERP projects.
PreferredAt least 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP or Oracle ERP projects.PMP or equivalent project management certification.Native-level Japanese proficiency with the ability to communicate smoothly in business settings.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Capability to work effectively in a team within a diverse stakeholder environment.Experience and willingness to work in a global delivery environment.

必要なスキル/能力:
必須:
ビジネスレベルの英語スキル、ビジネス/ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル。認定を受けた学士号または外国の同等の学位を取得することが義務付けられています。また、毎年の教育の代わりに、専門分野における3年間の累進的経験を考慮。15年以上の情報技術の経験日本国民及び日本で勤務することを認められた者が申請対象です。現時点では資金援助はできません。ERPプロジェクトに関する顧客対応プロジェクト管理の最低8年の経験
推奨SAP または Oracle ERP プロジェクトで、少なくとも 8 年間の実地経験PMP資格取得者または同様の資格取得者ネイティブレベルの日本語を有し、ビジネスシーンでも円滑に対応できる。優れた口頭・文書によるコミュニケーション能力多様化するステークホルダーの中で、チームで働く能力グローバルデリバリー環境で働く経験と希望。
