Job Summary
We are seeking a FLEXCUBE Technical Support Lead to manage and support the non-production environments of FLEXCUBE, Oracle’s flagship core banking solution. In this role, you will provide hands-on support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless system availability. Your expertise in FLEXCUBE database design and environment orchestration will be essential to maintaining system stability and readiness for development and testing teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE v12.3 or higher. Proficient in FLEXCUBE database design, maintenance, and support. Working experience with OBPM 14.5 or higher. Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE EOD batch operations and environment management. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving FLEXCUBE performance and functional issues. Familiarity with supporting complex applications and managing technical escalations.Good to Have
Exposure to production support or live implementations in BFSI environments. Understanding of accounting transactional workflows in FLEXCUBE. Basic scripting or automation experience for environment monitoring or reporting.Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams
