Environmental Impact Assessment, communication skills, Environmental Audit,
Provide expert advice on environmental regulations and consent requirements to clients, ensuring understanding of compliance obligations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and community groups to promote transparency and collaboration throughout the consent process.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective stakeholder engagement and public consultation.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.
- Mentor and lead junior consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in UK environmental legislation, policies, and market trends, and advise clients accordingly.
- Contribute to proposal writing & client presentation
**Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field**
**- Minimum of [10-12] years of experience in environmental consents, planning, or a related role, with a proven track record of project success.**
**- In-depth knowledge of UK environmental legislation, regulations, and best practices relevant to consents and compliance.**
**- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and prepare clear reports.**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.**
**- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing project teams.**
**- Relevant certifications (e.g., Chartered Environmentalist - IEMA) are an asset.**
