We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant – Business Development who can partner with new Antal business owners and help them accelerate their growth journey by opening doors, creating opportunities, and building meaningful client partnerships.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys strategic business development, engaging with senior decision-makers, and converting relationships into measurable business success.
Your Impact
As a Principal Consultant – Business Development, you will:
• Identify and acquire new client partnerships across industries and markets
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and senior business leaders
• Create and manage a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities
• Work closely with new Antal owners to support their commercial growth journey
• Drive outreach through networking, digital channels, calls, meetings, and strategic relationship building
• Partner with teams to ensure client expectations translate into successful outcomes
• Play a key role in strengthening Antal India’s market presence and client network
You will contribute towards:
• Building a strong annual business pipeline
• Creating long-term client partnerships
• Enabling new entrepreneurs to achieve faster commercial success
• Driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition
You are someone who has:
• 10–12 years of experience in Business Development, Consultative Sales, Client Acquisition, or Professional Services
• A strong ability to engage CXOs and senior stakeholders
• Experience building business pipelines and driving revenue outcomes
• Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, resilience, and accountability
• The ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment
Experience in recruitment, staffing, consulting, executive search, or professional services will be an added advantage.
