We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants. The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Advisors Program Management. Please review our consulting specializations to learn more about all opportunities and apply for the position that is best suited to your background and experience: https://careers.mastercard.com/us/en/consulting-specializations-at-mastercard Roles and Responsibilities Client Impact Lead complex client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements Collaborate with project sponsors, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of client strategies Establish governance structures, develop delivery plans, and manage budgets for the program Direct the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value Own senior client relationships up to the C-suite to drive commercial success Serve as a trusted client business advisor and generate enthusiasm for the Mastercard team and our recommendations Team Collaboration & Culture Provide leadership to the North American Program Management practice as the people leader of the group, supporting fast growth from a recruiting and career management perspective Lead all strategic and operational aspects such as overall capacity planning and revenue/cost alignment, alignment with senior stakeholders within Services and across other business units Lead the Program Management group in sharing best practices, deliver superior quality deliverables, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment On individual client teams, guide teams through complex problem solving in support of generating recommendations that drive client value Own relationships with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital Partner with Global Product Management to ensure achievement of set objectives and identify new opportunities for the team and company to grow Sit on North American Advisors & Consulting Services leadership team as the voice of the Advisors Program Management track Qualifications Basic qualifications Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management Experience coaching and leading teams across large, strategic consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder management Experience leading senior client relationships Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership Ability to lead multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience in delivery of high value strategic, enterprise and or market level initiatives across the financial services sector, including examples of adapting program scope / deliverables to increase or maintain program value Able to evidence extensive practical knowledge of the successful delivery of strategic roadmap, PMO, business testing, service improvement and transformational change methods, frameworks, tools and processes Excellent interpersonal skills, and experience building effective internal and external relationships with proven ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders; strong writer, presenter and speaker, comfortable and effective in C-level meetings.
