Principal Calibration Technician

Summary: Seeking a Principal Calibration Technician with expertise in instrumentation controls for calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of process control equipment.

Requirements:

Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in instrumentation controls 6+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of LOTO and OSHA safety practices Proficient with multimeters, frequency calibrators, and flow meters

Preferred Skills:

FDA/CGMP experience Loop calibration experience

Responsibilities:

Perform pre-commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and loop/single-point calibrations Work with multimeters, frequency calibrators, pressure/flow devices, RTD calibrators, manometers Follow established calibration procedures and national standards; maintain detailed records and reports Train and mentor junior technicians Diagnose, repair, and optimize plant instrumentation and electrical equipment Execute predictive and preventive maintenance; support upgrades/modifications Conduct safety observations; follow LOTO/safety protocols Install, inspect, and maintain process and critical utility instrumentation Ensure compliance with FDA, NRC, ISO, cGMP regulatory guidelines

Pay Details: $36.00 to $41.00 per hour
