Job overview
As a Principal Business Strategy leader within the Enterprise Transformation Office, you’ll turn complex ideas into actionable plans. You’ll work directly with business units, executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure our transformation initiatives— with a specific focus on the Wireline Converged Core (Artemis) and Legacy Transformation Programs —achieve their intended outcomes. Your ability to manage multi-layered projects, drive consistent key performance indicators, interpret data, connect the dots, and manage interdependencies between initiatives will drive smarter decisions and successful transformation execution.

What you’ll do
•    Serve as a project management subject matter expert by identifying process deficiencies, recommending improvements, and providing coaching as needed
•    Develop and maintain a high-level aggregated project plan that consolidates all related projects/sub-projects to provide senior management with an executive overview and facilitate tracking of cross-initiative inter-dependencies
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and functional teams, to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives. 
•    Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Utilize research skills to evaluate competitive and industry dynamics.
•    Collaborate with senior leadership and key business partners to align strategic direction and secure buy-in.
•    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights for executive approval.
•    Monitor industry developments and provide ongoing competitive intelligence to maintain our edge in the marketplace.

What you’ll need
•    Experienced knowledge in telecom wireline networking technologies
•    Developed program management abilities managing many cross-functional interdependencies and technical overlap
•    Expertise in market research and advanced competitive analysis techniques.
•    Experience applying standard strategy frameworks and conducting data-driven business analysis.
•    Strong ability to distill complex problems into concise, actionable recommendations.
•    Mastery in developing executive-level presentations and communicating strategic insights.
•    Demonstrated success leading high-impact projects with minimal oversight.

What you’ll bring
•    Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
•    7+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, corporate development, or a related field.
•    Required certifications as specified for certain areas of specialization.
•    Proven track record of influencing executive decisions and delivering innovative business strategies.
•    Experience mentoring peers and contributing to a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
