This role supports SAP S/4HANA implementations and conversions, ensuring accurate cost flow, cost allocation, and product profitability across manufacturing and supply chain processes. **Key Responsibilities** + Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO), including Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and CO-PA (Margin Analysis) + Support FI-CO integration leveraging the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) + Design and maintain cost allocations, assessments, and settlements + Configure and support Product Costing (Standard, Actual, Preliminary), including costing/valuation variants and overheads + Support month-end close activities, including WIP, variances, and cost rollups + Analyze and resolve manufacturing and product cost variances + Apply Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD) concepts to ensure accurate cost flow and profitability + Ensure accurate cost integration from MM/PP to CO and CO-PA, including reconciliation of operational and financial data + Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align PMMO processes and business costing models + Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing (UT/SIT/UAT), data migration, and provide post-go-live support **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Systems + 9+ years of SAP Controlling (CO) experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA) + Strong hands-on experience in Product Costing (CO-PC) + Proven experience with GPD (Grouping, Pegging & Distribution) in manufacturing environments **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions + Exposure to PMMO or complex manufacturing operations + Experience with CO-PA Margin Analysis **Skills & Competencies** + Strong analytical and cost modeling skills + Ability to translate complex costing concepts into SAP configurations + Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration + Detail-oriented with a strong control and compliance mindset + Ability to work independently in global, matrixed teams _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
