What success looks like in this role:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, development and testing teams to identify business needs and requirements
Conduct research and analysis to develop a deep understanding of the business and industry trends, specifically related to Airline passenger service systems, ticketing and offer management systems.
Document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows
Develop and maintain functional specifications, requirements traceability matrices, and other project documentation
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to elicit requirements and feedback
Work with the product managers and development team to define, groom and prioritize product backlogs
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Functional Documentation for releases/products/solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support the development of training and user documentation

You will be successful in this role if you have:
