Job Description

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE (3-4 bullets)

The Expert Business Analyst is a specialist with at least 5 years of experience and works independently on tasks with high cross-product complexity. Inputs for his or her work are given mainly directly by other stakeholders. This person works independently on assigned tasks and may help less experienced members of chapter when necessary.

Gather, analyze and document software specifications.

Advise less experienced analyst/s in effectively analyzing complex end-to-end business processes and eliciting business requirements and needs, including identification of business needs.Actively participate in the creation of analysis standards in Takeda.  Learn Takeda environment and products / systems on a high level

Responsible as a main analyst for dedicated area and is a first contact point for all complex cross-product changes and issues

Consults with and advises business stakeholders regarding complex changes, projects, or programs

Close cooperation with development, product/platform owners, QA and others is expected on daily basis.  This includes validation of user stories, QA and other outcomes.

Represent Analysis Chapter as a role model and advocate of the Business Analyst role outside of the Chapter

Possesses in-depth knowledge of analysis methodologies and capabilities, forms the bridge between the business and the team of testers and developers during successful delivery of projects.
