About the Role
As a Principal Business Adoption, you will be a senior advisor and strategic partner in driving the human side of digital transformation. Reporting to the Manager Business Adoption, you will lead the design and execution of adoption strategies that ensure digital solutions are embedded, embraced, and sustained across the business.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, domains, and operational teams to diagnose change environments, shape adoption approaches, and influence cultural shifts that support long-term transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of adoption strategies for complex digital initiatives incluidng new digital tools and platforms.
Diagnose change environments and define tailored approaches to drive successful adoption.
Assess impacts across workstreams and manage change readiness and resistance.
Define and track adoption metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
Identify operational risks to adoption and develop mitigation plans.
Engage and influence a wide range of diverse internal and external stakeholders to align on adoption goals.
Provide expert guidance on change management, training, and continuous improvement.
About You
You are:
Strategic and systems-minded – you understand how people, processes, and technology intersect.
Influential and credible – you can engage senior leaders and shape thinking.
Analytical and insightful – you use data and feedback to inform decisions and measure impact.
A change leader – you inspire others to embrace new ways of working.
You have:
A degree in Organisational Change, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Significant experience in leading business adoption or change in large-scale digital or operational programs.
Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the mining sector and availability to travel to site as required.
