About the Opportunity:
We are hiring for our client, a reputed full-service law firm, seeking an experienced Principal Associate for their Banking & Finance practice in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex financing transactions with minimal supervision.
Draft, review, and negotiate finance documents including loan agreements, security documents, and inter-creditor arrangements.
Advise clients on structuring, regulatory aspects, and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee and mentor junior team members.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client assignments.
Requirements:
LL.B. from a reputed law school.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance.
Excellent drafting and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to manage matters independently.
