Job responsibilities
Advises cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologiesDevelops multi-year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and prioritiesCreates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software designDevelops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by othersServes as the function’s go-to subject matter expertContributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologiesCreates durable, reusable software frameworks that improves velocity and quality of output across teams and functionsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience. Deep expertise with products related to APIs, SDKs, Micro services’ frameworks, Developer Platforms (including Cloud native tooling), IAM (Identity and Access Management)Hands‑on technical architect for large data ecosystems: designed and operated data mesh, data lake, and data warehouse architectures using Databricks or Snowflake.Experience building standardized, durable, and reusable data ingestion and transformation frameworks that convert heterogeneous inputs into certified, governed outputs.Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityExpertise in one or more programming language(s) and experience working at code levelExperience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplinesExperience engaging stakeholders across an organization to set strategy, align on priorities and deliver to a roadmap while managing to changing business needs and requirementsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Advanced Degree in Computer ScienceAbility to present and effectively communicate to Senior Leaders and ExecutivesPassion for building high-quality developer experiences and a commitment to product excellence
