**Overview** MSN Whole Page Optimization (WPO) team is responsible for delivering best whole page experience for a variety of news and interest homepages that Microsoft provides through different products (e.g., Edge browser, Windows, MSN.com). We are a team full of talented, passionate developers from different regions around world. The team optimizes for global maxima over engagement, revenue, and retention by organizing homepage components to an optimal prominence and placement using available context, intent, and past behavior. By leveraging personalized ranking and recommendation techniques, we are building the framework to provide the best personalized homepage experience that match users’ interests.
