The Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Air Dominance Business Office is seeking a motivated financial analyst looking to expand their skills within the development portfolio of the Air Dominance SSBU. The position will partner and support the AMRAAM Hardware Development portfolio with significant visibility and strategic importance within the business. As a financial analyst supporting the Test Equipment contract, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making for one of our most high-visibility programs. This position offers unique opportunity to partner closely with program management and cross functional teams to support contract execution. You will be at the forefront of a new initiative helping shape the financial strategy of the evolving program with significant impact on future defense initiatives. Finance plays a crucial role by offering analysis, insight, and guidance to support strategic decisions and achieve results. Key responsibilities include variance analysis, data review and reporting, EAC development, project setup, and NWA management. The role supports Program Managers, IPT leads, and CAMs in maintaining program budgets and forecasts, requiring frequent interaction across functions and organizational levels. Strong presentation, communication, and professional skills are essential. The candidate will also support internal and external audits and contribute to monthly business reviews and detailed performance and cost reports. _This position is being offered in an onsite capacity based on the needs of the business. This role will support a program that resides in Tucson, AZ time zone._ **What You Will Do** + In this unique role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage competing priorities, balance a variety of tasks, and interact with various levels of management. + This role is responsible for the EAC cadence, ensuring timely and meaningful reviews with all levels of management. + The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator with the ability to drive difficult tasks to fruition. + Working with bookings/backlog, providing inputs to Annual Operating Plan (AOP), 5 year Long Range Planning (LRP), coordinating and performing Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), and execution / delivery of external CDRL requirement. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience + Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution. + Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e., pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and/or PowerPoint. + Program Controls experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement. + Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools. **Qualifications We Prefer** + Financial analysis and earned value management background. + Identify and Implement process improvements. + Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment. + Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and customer. + Advanced MS Excel proficiency. + Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. + Experience working in a matrix team environment with members at all levels of management. **What We Offer** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
