What You’ll Do: + Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations + Collaborate across departments to gather, analyze, and validate data used in external reporting and investor materials + Support SOX compliance efforts and coordinate with internal and external auditors during review and audit cycles + Draft and maintain technical accounting documentation, including whitepapers, memos, and policy updates + Research and analyze complex accounting issues with guidance from management, offering recommendations on appropriate treatment + Help improve financial reporting processes through automation and enhanced controls Why This Role? Requirements What You Bring: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred + CPA required + 3+ years of experience in public accounting or public company financial reporting + Big 4 or large firm experience preferred + Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards + Experience with Workiva or similar reporting software is a plus + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills + Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams + Comfortable working under tight deadlines and during peak reporting periods Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
