Ingredion is looking for a strategic digital leader to drive the transformation of global supply chain and operations processes. This role combines architecture, project delivery, and innovation to implement scalable solutions that increase efficiency and business value.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end digital technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of impactful solutionsOversee solution design, testing, and implementation in line with business and quality standardsAssess and optimize the software portfolio, define KPIs, and develop strategic roadmapsManage vendors, procurement, and budgets to ensure value-driven investmentsTranslate business needs into digital strategies and drive cross-functional collaborationSupport change management, team training, and risk mitigation across implementationsDrive innovation and digital maturity by leveraging emerging technologies across supply chain and operations
 

Qualification Required:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related fieldStrong experience in supply chain technologies such as SAP, MES, Blue Yonder, Aspen, or Infor
 

Skills for Success:

Proven track record in digital transformation, complex system integration, and process optimizationExcellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a global settingCurious, results-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to lead through complexity and change
