The Principal, Systems Integration is a senior delivery and leadership role responsible for owning complex client programs, shaping solution strategy, and scaling delivery capability across the MATS Systems Integration portfolio. Principals act as trusted advisors to clients, lead multi‑workstream programs, mentor delivery leaders, and materially contribute to business growth, offerings, and talent development.
This role blends hands‑on leadership, delivery accountability, and practice‑level impact.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Program Leadership
Own end‑to‑end delivery accountability for large, complex SI programs (e.g., Model N, IRA/MFP, Government Pricing, Contract & Revenue Management).Serve as the senior client counterpart, managing executive stakeholders and driving confidence in delivery outcomes.Lead multi‑track programs across functional, technical, data, and regulatory workstreams.Proactively manage risk, scope, financials, and delivery quality across programs.Ensure adherence to IQVIA delivery standards, governance, and compliance requirements.Solutioning & Business Development
Lead or materially contribute to solution design, estimates, and proposals for new pursuits and expansions.Partner with BD, Practice Leaders, and Engagement Managers on orals, client workshops, and executive briefings.Shape differentiated SI solution approaches (automation, offshore/nearshore leverage, accelerators).Support account growth through expansions, renewals, and trusted‑advisor relationships.People Leadership & Talent Development
Mentor and coach Engagement Managers, Senior Consultants, and future leaders.Build scalable delivery teams, including onshore/offshore delivery models.Support performance management, talent progression, and succession planning.Promote a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Practice & Offering Development
Contribute to standardization of delivery methods, templates, and accelerators.Help develop and evolve offerings and Centers of Excellence (e.g., MFP/IRA, Testing Automation, Upgrades).Drive lessons‑learned capture and integration into future engagements.Represent the SI practice in internal leadership forums and cross‑practice initiatives.Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in systems integration, consulting, or technology‑enabled transformation.Deep experience leading large, complex enterprise programs in life sciences, pharma, or medtech.Strong domain expertise in one or more of:Market Access / Government Pricing / IRA (MFP, IPAY)Model N or similar revenue management platformsData integration, testing automation, regulatory systemsProven ability to manage executive stakeholders and C‑level conversations.Strong financial acumen (program margins, forecasting, commercial risk).Experience working with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore).Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a Principal, Director, or equivalent senior consulting role.Demonstrated success shaping and closing SI opportunities.Background in building or scaling delivery practices or CoEs.Experience operating in matrixed, multi‑practice organizations.Success Measures

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $133,000.00 - $371,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
