Principal, Systems Engineering

We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing reliable systems, managing chaos engineering practices, and testing resilience engineering. Proficiency in Python and knowledge of AI/ML technologies are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement reliable and scalable systems to ensure high availability and performance.Develop and manage chaos engineering practices to test system resilience and identify weaknesses.Conduct resilience engineering tests to ensure systems can withstand and recover from failures.Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability into the software development lifecycle.Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.Utilize AI/ML technologies to predict and prevent potential system failures.Write and maintain code in Python to support reliability engineering efforts.Document processes and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in site reliability engineering, with a focus on design and implementation.Strong knowledge of chaos engineering principles and practices.Experience in resilience engineering and testing methodologies.Proficiency in Python programming.Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in reliability engineering.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
