Principal, Strategic Partnerships
**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** You’ll be part of Nike’s Advanced Innovation team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships. This role collaborates across innovation, strategy, sourcing, legal, and external partners to design and execute partnership models that accelerate Nike’s most forward-thinking initiatives. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** Nike is seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation and a proven ability to build strategic partnerships that drive transformative outcomes. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with creativity, thrives in ambiguous environments, and excels at influencing across a matrixed organization. They bring experience in business development, operations, finance, and strategy, and can move seamlessly from vision-setting to hands-on execution. Intellectual and emotional intelligence are key, as is the ability to marshal resources, align stakeholders, and deliver results that matter. **Key Qualifications:** + Located in Beaverton, OR and able to travel up to 15% + 7–10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, business development, management consulting, or related fields + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training + Expertise in intellectual property transactions strongly preferred + Proven track record in partnership development and integration **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** You’ll lead Nike’s partnership strategy for Advanced Innovation, focusing on materials, machinery, and services that bring athlete dreams to life.
