**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
The Global Sales, Principal of Partner Retail Elevation will play an essential role in elevating and setting the new standard for Nike Inc. across Partner digital & physical retail. This role will help define and drive the Global strategy for delivering premium, data-informed consumer experiences across multi-brand retailer. They will work closely with Global & Geos Sales teams, Global & Geography Sales & Marketing, Consumer Insights, Merchandising and external agencies to differentiate Nike’s presence and performance across the consumer journey.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are seeking a strategic, consumer-obsessed leader with deep expertise in multi-brand retail. This individual excels in global, matrixed environments and uses data to influence strategy and empower geography teams.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business,RetailMarketing, Strategy, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education,experienceand training.
+ 8+ years of experience inretail experience design,digital commerce, or omnichannel strategy
+ Proven experience leading global strategy withmulti-brandedretailers and enabling geographyexecution.
+ Deep knowledge of digital& physicalconsumer journeys,retailKPIs, and omnichannel ecosystems
+ Experienceoptimizingbrand presence across multi-brand partnerplatforms.
+ Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment across time zone
+ Strong in verbal, written and strategic communications with an ability tofacilitateand drive alignment withteams.
+ Strong presentation and leadership influence skills
+ Experience working with multi-brand retail partners andoptimizingbrand presence across partnerplatforms.

You will support the Global experience strategy and drive the omnichannel experience by enabling geography teams to deliver seamless, data-driven consumer journeys across digital channels. Your work will enhance brand distinction, drive conversion, and unlock growth across multi-brand partner platforms.
+ Providestrategic guidance, tools, and frameworks to accelerate execution across multi-brandpartners.
+ Define and evolve the global omnichannel experience strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals. Ensure experience framework provides direction for physical & digital retail.
+ Partner with geography teams to scale digital capabilities and localize consumerexperiences.
+ Collaborate with NDDC and cross-functional teams to adapt Nike standards& content creationfor partnerplatforms.
+ Use data toidentifyfriction points,optimizeperformance, and inform strategicpriorities.
+ Champion a test-and-learn culture to accelerate innovation and continuous improvement,and advocate for multi-brand partnerneeds.
+ Maintain a pulse on digital trends, tools, and technologies to future-proof multi-brandcommerce.
