WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHThis role sits at the heart of Jordan Brand Merchandising, partnering across a high‑caliber team that shapes the brand’s product vision season after season. They report into the Senior Director of Merchandising Business Integration and collaborate closely with leaders across Design, Product, Marketplace, Planning, Insights, and Geo teams. Together, these teams elevate the way Jordan delivers for athletes and consumers worldwide.

Key Qualifications7+ years leading transformational programs across multiple functions and/or business unitsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and trainingExperience working in a highly matrixed environmentStrong understanding of the product and retail value chain, from innovation through consumerDemonstrated strength in strategic communication, facilitation, influence, and project management

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONIn this role, you’ll turn strategy into execution. You’ll bring structure to seasonal planning, sharpen tools and processes, and keep teams aligned from insights to line planning to handoff.

Core ResponsibilitiesPartner across Merchandising and cross‑functional teams to translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, timelines, and action plansBreak down key initiatives into actionable workstreams with defined ownership and milestonesDrive alignment across Merchandising-led gates, collaborating with Design, Product, Brand Marketing, Marketplace, Planning, and InsightsFacilitate Line Reviews, Assortment Reviews, and other key forums—ensuring clarity of inputs, outputs, and decisionsCollaborate with Business Integration peers to ensure process consistency across functionsSupport off‑cadence and Geo‑specific workstreams, including Geo moments, SMUs, and exclusivesMaintain and evolve tools, templates, and communication frameworks that improve seasonal consistencySupport ongoing refinement of the Line Planning process, from Geo Insights through handoff to Product partnersManage and execute MAR gate processes, safeguarding timelines and deliverables
