WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As the Principal, DEI, EMEA, you will partner closely with the Senior Director, DEI EMEA/GC to co‑own, shape, and activate enterprise‑wide DEI strategies across the EMEA region. Your role is highly collaborative, working across HR, Talent, and business teams to ensure DEI is embedded into everyday operations and decision‑making.
You will adapt global DEI programs to reflect the cultural, legal, and regulatory realities of EMEA markets, while also designing and activating region‑specific initiatives where needed.

You bring a strong understanding of the EMEA region, including the diversity of cultures and regulatory environments across countries. You are experienced in designing and delivering impactful programs, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating complexity with confidence. You have strong program and project management skills and a familiarity with the development and execution of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs and/or have worked in HR and have implemented DEI programs.
Key capabilities include:
Proven experience developing and implementing DEI or HR programs across multiple marketsStrong understanding of data privacy, security, and legal compliance requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to senior leadersAbility to build and sustain strong cross‑functional and cross‑regional partnershipsConfidence facilitating collaboration across diverse stakeholder groupsQualifications:

Strategic Responsibilities
Act as a strategic thought partner to HRBPs and senior business leaders by embedding DEI into core people and business strategies across EMEAAnticipates and mitigates legal, Employee Relations, and reputational risk related to DEI practices across EMEA partnering closely with Legal, Employee relations, and CommunicationsWork closely with the Senior Director to ensure DEI practices are compliant with local laws across EMEA, updating or creating programs as neededOwns and executes DEI communications strategyApply innovation and creativity to how the programming from the Employee Resource Groups are customized for the needs of the EMEA Geo – adopting and evolving the global strategy to meet local needs and using effectiveness and maturity as a key measurement of success.Support integration of DEI into learning and development initiativesSharing respective talent intelligence and insights for the Geos with EMEA HR COEs for more impactful talent programmingPartner with the Senior Director and COE leads for integration of DEI practices across the talent lifecycleOversee the development and delivery of DEI programs for Retail, Firstline, and Distribution Center populationsOperational Responsibilities
Operate effectively in a complex, enterprise environment with competing priorities across diverse EMEA markets, while remaining aligned with global DEI standardsBuild trusted relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, employees, and ERG leaders across the regionPartner with DEI peers to plan and deliver ERG events across EMEA countriesProactively identify risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement, providing practical solutions while ensuring legal complianceWork with other HR teams to ensure inclusive language is embedded and integrated across HR communicationsDefine and track DEI impact metrics in partnership with HR COEs, balancing insight generation with data privacy and legal constraintsApplication deadline: April 1st, 2026.
