**Job Overview** As a Principal, you will lead strategic engagements with top-tier clients, delivering high-impact solutions and driving business growth. This is a hands-on role where you not only lead but actively contribute to project execution **,** working closely with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior colleagues. You will collaborate across one or more Centers of Excellence (CoEs), applying your expertise to solve complex challenges and generate tangible client value. **Key Responsibilities** + Own client engagements and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations. + Actively participate in project execution, contributing expertise and ensuring alignment with client goals. + Lead project teams in executing strategic initiatives with efficiency and impact. + Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, fostering their development and strengthening team capabilities. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients. + Develop and implement account growth strategies to expand IQVIA’s footprint and increase revenue. + Lead proposal development and pricing strategies to ensure commercially viable and profitable engagements. + Represent IQVIA in industry forums, client meetings, and publications to enhance market presence. + Collaborate with CoE and Geographic Leaders to design innovative and commercially viable solutions. + Stay current with industry trends and IQVIA’s evolving capabilities, sharing insights across teams. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. + Minimum 10 years of experience in life sciences or consulting. + Strong track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering strategic solutions. + Deep expertise in at least one CoE area, with working knowledge across others. + Proven business development and proposal writing skills. + Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and networking abilities. + Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities. + High energy, drive, and enthusiasm for solving healthcare challenges.
