We are looking for a high-caliber, results-focused business development leader with a talent for stakeholder management. This person will enjoy developing broad and strong relationships with external organizations and other parts of Amazon to find opportunities to grow Amazon Business. External organizations may include, among others, eProcurement SaaS providers, invoicing specialists, consultancies that undertake procurement-related work, trade associations and travel and expense management partners. This individual will be responsible for identifying new strategic and technology-driven partnership opportunities to expand access to new customer segments and drive acquisition and engagement activities to fuel Amazon Business growth. This leader will also play an important role in shaping Amazon Business’s strategic partnership framework globally.

Key job responsibilities
- Innovate, obsessively monitor the voice of the customer and deep-dive on technological solutions to help drive our roadmap of partner integrations, GTM function, joint campaigns and partner success
- Identify technology and commercial opportunities with partners, defining business cases to justify investment where required, and drive rapid progress from team in executing against these opportunities, primarily focused on GTM campaigns
- Develop deep and broaden relationships with senior executives at partner organizations to stimulate activity and uncover new opportunities and coach a team on doing the same
- Lead contractual negotiations and onboard new partners
- Share learnings and align on the Best of Amazon across regions (US, EU, Japan, Canada)
- Explore and establish new alliances to grow the business in collaboration with international colleagues
- Identify mechanisms to track results and feed these back to colleagues and internal leaders
- Collaborate with, and influence, sales, marketing, product/engineering managers and other internal stakeholders
