The Prime Video International (PVI) Marketing and Merchandising Team for Amazon Prime Video, is responsible for driving customer growth and engagement through a broad combination of marketing channels across our region. Our team owns the Owned & Operated (O&O) marketing channels including Prime Video digital properties, email, Amazon retail placements, and additional customer touchpoints. We support countries across Europe, Latin America, Canada and more.

We are seeking a results-oriented digital marketer who will be responsible for driving acquisition, engagement, and retention for Prime Video content and services through our O&O channels.

As an O&O Marketing Manager for Prime Video, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience by:

Developing and executing merchandising strategies across all owned and operated channels to support new content launches and business initiatives.

Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement across Prime Video's content offerings.

Measuring impact and efficiency of marketing activities to iterate and improve performance.

Raising the bar on quality of execution across all O&O touchpoints.

You'll have an eye for compelling merchandising, demonstrable expertise in end-to-end campaign execution, and strong organizational skills. You will hold a high bar for measurement of marketing activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods, and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across Prime Video teams. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Ownership & Launch Excellence: Own the end-to-end O&O merchandising strategy and execution for new business initiatives across all customer touchpoints. Drive measurable business growth through strategic placement optimization and high-impact promotional campaigns that maximize acquisition during key commercial periods.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Go-to-Market support: Execute merchandising strategies that ladder up to broader business objectives, partnering closely with regional teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans. Serve as the central point of coordination across business lines to manage content calendars and optimize share of voice allocation across high-visibility placements and devices.

Campaign Execution & Quality Assurance: Create, schedule, and launch merchandising campaigns across Prime Video's digital ecosystem—including website, mobile applications, and living room devices. Own quality assurance processes to ensure all campaigns meet the highest execution standards across channels, delivering seamless customer experiences that drive engagement.

Data-Driven Optimization & Innovation: Leverage frequent testing and rigorous data analysis to continuously optimize campaign performance, messaging effectiveness, and navigation flows. Document learnings, establish best practices, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that raise the bar for future initiatives.

Process Innovation & Scalability: Identify and pursue opportunities for process efficiency and automation. Work cross-functionally with channel owners and product teams to implement improvements that scale impact, reduce manual effort, and enable the team to move faster while maintaining quality.
