Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team at IQVIA as a Primary Market Research Consultant, you will be responsible for the on-time completion of Primary Market Research projects or components of large, complex projects for clients in the life sciences field, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, assisting in sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Participates or leads teams in the design, development and delivery of PMR projects or components of larger, complex projects, bothquantitative and qualitative projects.
Provides direction and guidance to Analysts, and where relevant, to Statistical Services assigned to engagement.Develops detailed documentation and specifications.Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specificsolutions.
Designs, structures and delivers client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.May deliver some findings to clients.Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and life sciences market through on the job experience and participation in training opportunities.Acting as Project Manager, proactively manages project timelines and manages day to day communication with the client and teammembers.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.Experience: 3-8 years of related experience in market research for life science industry (specialized in Healthcare or Consumer Health projects)Collaboration: Ability to work effectively on transversal projects with other internal teams.Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work willingly and effectively with others across the organization to achieve team goals.Business Acumen: Understanding of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.Consulting Knowledge: Familiarity with consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to your functional area.Industry Insight: Awareness of current events and developments within the industry and knowledge of major competitors.Market Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, professional/trade associations, key people, and companies.Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.Join us at IQVIA and be part of a team that is making a difference in the life sciences industry!
