In this role, you will support the advancement of our groundbreaking research initiatives with primary cell isolation work and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing scientific programs by performing primary cell isolation and cryopreservation. You will also perform routine tasks such as stocking consumables, preparation of media, reagents, and samples, coordinating biohazardous waste handling, and assisting with regular organization and maintenance of inventory.
This role will support both the operations and analyst teams, and requires the dynamic ability and mentality to roll up your sleeves and take on ad-hoc support as needed.

Associate degree or BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related Life Sciences fieldMinimum 1-2 years of experience in an industry or academic setting, particularly with primary cell isolation and lab support roleDemonstrated experience in cell and molecular biology techniques, including cell isolation assays, microscopy, and aseptic techniqueFamiliarity with basic Environmental Health & Safety and BSL2 safety protocolsDetail-oriented with data-driven problem-solving and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentFlexibility in schedule, including weekend hours as neededPreferred:
