Patient Care - Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients. Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses. Provide routine check-ups and preventive care services. Health Promotion and Education - Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention. Discuss age-appropriate screenings and immunizations with patients. Chronic Disease Management - Manage and monitor patients with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Coordinate care with specialists when needed. Family-Centered Care - Foster open communication to address family health concerns. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
