We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role ofPrimary Banker 1working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contactPromote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail productsDrive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segmentsUtilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive salesUpdate customer’s information accurately in the Bank’s systemEnsure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met
