We are looking for the Factory Quotation Specialist who is a factory contact window for providing daily quotation, technical and commercial support both technically and commercially to inside sales and sales office for these non-standard products and requirements to ensure our response and accuracy meet customer expectations, drive optimized cost to support the project wins in the work and timely feedback, cooperate with each functional department. The role will coordinate with partners and plant operation teams to engage, understand and initiate the coordination works. If you possess the requirements we are seeking for, this exciting role is for you! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** **Technical Quotation Support** + Support sizing calculation and product selection for PRVs (Pressure Relief Valves). + Review customer specifications and international standards like ASME/API/IOGP/IGC to summarize deviation (if any) and projects write up. + Lead communication with the Product Manager and Engineering for the special design solutions to meet customer needs. **Commercial Strategy** + Provide and maintain list price/net price adder for these Parts/Valves/Special requirements which price not available. + Provide Quick-ship delivery commitment with alternative solutions. + Calculate order GP at quotation stage, lead cross functional teams to align strategies to reduce the cost and make sure they are well executed after order received. **Process Optimization** + Lead and take part in quotation digitalization (VBA, RPA, AI Agent etc.) to improve efficiency & accuracy, analysis and summary the gap between factory and marketing for continued improvement and business driven. + Complete other job assigned by team leader. **Who You Are:** + You display a can-do demeanor in good and bad times.
