Job DutiesAssisting to monitor all IP O&E inquiries especially for project shipment Maintain and submit rate for IP O&E Global Contract Rate Assisting to support Operation Coordinator Team of preparing selling rates for RFQ, Spot Quote inquiry and other related IP O&E customer Maintaining good relationship with carriers and co-loaders on local level or from overseas especially for Project shipment and O&E customer as such negotiating ad hoc rate Maintaining good relationship with IP local agent as such negotiating ad hoc rate Maintaining good relationship with customer both new IP customer and existing IP customer Monitoring process for project shipment start from providing rate to up project done/cargo delivered is going smoothly Participate in joint calls or meeting with BD Manager & Head of IP to promote IP capabilities to customers as well as gather feedback on customer requirements Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs. 
Skills / QualificationsBachelor’s degreeMinimum 3 years of experience in the Forwarding business especially Industrial Projects.Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentations)Proficient computer skills: Microsoft (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
