D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for anPricing Specialist Iin the Secondary Marketing Department. The right candidate will be locking and pricing loans to investors in the secondary market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Calculate pricing of loans (quotes) to loan officers in an accurate and timely mannerProcess changes or modifications to loans requested by borrowersLock loans with investors as determined by loan typeProvide professional, quick, accurate and valuable responses to incoming phone calls and email inquiries from Production and all other internal departmentsProvide off-sheet pricing for rates and/or programs that are not published on the daily rate sheetCompile rates from multiple investors to create rate sheetMonitor/review reports assigned by Commitment Desk ManagerConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Knowledge of mortgage industry, process and terms preferred
