Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pricing & Promotion Manager to be part of the newly established MT CoE organization.  You are accountable for 100% price stability and promotion harmonization across all modern trade channels. This role is pivotal in driving disciplined pricing execution, optimizing promotional efficiency, and enabling profitable growth—especially within the minimarket segment.

Main Responsibilities

Establish and enforce Pricing & Promotion Golden Rules Develop and implement standardized principles to guide consistent pricing and promotional strategies across channels.

Ensure SPI and CPI Compliance Monitor Strategic Price Index (SPI) and Consumer Price Index (CPI) adherence to maintain competitiveness and brand integrity.

Lead Net Revenue Management (NRM) Analytics Analyze pricing and promo data to identify growth opportunities, optimize trade spend, and support strategic decisions.

Control Trade Terms Spending (TTS) Implement robust governance over trade investments to ensure efficiency, transparency, and return on spend.

Track Price Compliance Across Channels Build and manage systems to monitor real-time price execution and enforce corrective actions where needed.

Govern Bulk Promotion Strategy Design and oversee bulk promotion frameworks to prevent margin erosion and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Manage Volume Control on Promotions Balance promotional volumes with profitability targets, avoiding over-discounting and ensuring sustainable growth

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

Minimum 5 years’ experience in pricing, trade marketing, or commercial strategy within FMCG or retail.

Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in NRM, pricing models, and promotional ROI.

Deep understanding of trade terms, pricing compliance, and channel dynamics.

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution excellence.

Strategic thinker with operational discipline and high attention to detail.

Skill

Extensive senior-level experience in modern trade, sales, or commercial excellence roles.

Proven ability to lead transformational programs in pricing, promotion, channel development, and marketing integration.

Strong understanding of data utilization, analytics platforms, and trade investment strategy.

Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and influencing across business functions.

Sharp strategic mindset balanced with operational rigor and execution discipline.
