Pricing Program Manager, Shopping Experience
Description Pricing Program manager for BR - Shopping experience team Key job responsibilities - Support deployment of Amazon pricing strategy in Brazil - Serve as central pricing point of contact for multiple stakeholders, understanding pricing metrics and systems in depth - Innovate with customer-centricity, proposing and leading structural and incremental improvements to the pricing program - Analyze root causes of pricing metric changes and propose actions - Build new ways of looking at pricing data to extract insights - Inspect pricing mechanisms and propose actions A day in the life - Daily: support stakeholders on pricing program questions and needs - Weekly: analyze metrics, meet with stakeholders, understand root causes of changes and define short, medium and long term action items - Monthly: conduct pricing training sessions and broader communication sessions - Quarterly: innovate to come up with ideas on how to improve the pricing program, lead projects on such innovations Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Speak, write, and read fluently in English Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
