The Pricing Operations Analyst plays a key role within the Pricing Operations team, ensuring accurate invoice pricing for distributors and direct-purchasing end users. This position serves as the primary contact for pricing requests, non-standard deal reviews, and exception management. The analyst collaborates closely with RGM (Revenue Growth Management), Finance, Sales, and Customer Care teams to ensure pricing strategies are properly executed, operational efficiency is improved, and revenue growth initiatives are supported.
In this role, you will:
Serve as the first point of contact for pricing reviews and non-standard deal structures, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and business strategies.
Guide Sales, Customer Care, and Finance teams through pricing discrepancies and exception processes to ensure smooth resolution.
Participate in continuous improvement projects, automation initiatives, and team development efforts to drive value creation.
Monitor and enforce pricing policies, maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of processes and standards.
Support new product launches, promotions, and strategic pricing changes, including system testing (UAT).
Identify and mitigate risks related to incorrect pricing setups or agreements to prevent revenue leakage.
Prepare documentation and data for annual audits (e.g., Deloitte) and compliance reviews, ensuring effective implementation of corporate controls.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
4+ years of strong analytical experience in sales, finance, pricing, or similar roles.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Experience with key systems: SAP and Excel.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
