The Pricing Manager for Southern Europe leads the regional pricing function, ensuring strong governance, compliance and strategic alignment with commercial objectives. This role combines leadership, analytical depth, and cross-functional influence to drive sustainable growth across the region. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will shape pricing strategies, lead transformation initiatives and contribute to the long-term commercial vision of the organization. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and develop the regional pricing team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives + Implement pricing governance, policies and controls across divisions + Own pricing operations: list prices, discounts, ERP accuracy, annual price updates and acquisition integration + Provide financial and pricing support for bids, tenders and strategic commercial decisions + Deliver market, competitor and margin analyses through dashboards, reports, and business insights + Drive pricing process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives + Lead cross-functional and strategic pricing projects, including digitalization and pricing model evolution + Communicate pricing strategy, priorities, and insights effectively to senior stakeholders and commercial teams **Your profile** **Essential Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field + At least 8 years of experience in similar pricing positions with people management responsibility + Strong analytical capabilities, including pricing analysis, margin optimization, and market dynamics assessment + Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; solid experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) + Fluent English and Spanish (Italian is a plus) + Strategic, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional initiatives + Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience driving pricing excellence initiatives or pricing transformation programs + Background in matrixed or international organizations + Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects at regional or international level Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
