Besides that, the location serves as the Bosch south-east European sales center for vehicle parts, vehicle-diagnostic equipment, power tools, thermo technology  systems and security technologies. Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as logistics, finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.

Job Description

We are looking for two motivated professionals to join our international Pricing team:

Regional Pricing Manager – covering Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand (B2B/Pro products)

Global Pricing Manager – covering DIY product business worldwide

Both positions play a key role in ensuring effective price management and supporting our business growth, but these are not leadership roles. Instead, you will act as an expert, working closely with business units, sales organizations, and controlling.

Your Responsibilities

Define, implement, and coordinate pricing frameworks in line with the global strategyManage and oversee price increases, including SAP price uploadsPrepare and align pricing guidelines and ensure adherence across 20+ sales organizationsConduct data analysis (approx. 65%) and communicate findings with stakeholders (approx. 35%)Collaborate with management on pricing exceptions and approvalsSupport annual planning processes by providing pricing insights and recommendationsAct as a subject matter expert in discussions with regional/global teams

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data/Database Management, or a related field

Experience:
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, data analysis, or business steering
- Strong skills in Excel, BI tools, and pricing software (SAP knowledge is an advantage)

Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills, structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner

Languages: Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
