**What's in it for you:**
The Pricing Leader for Trane Supply is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing strategies that support profitable growth, market competitiveness, and customer value. This role will lead pricing initiatives across the Trane Supply business, using data-driven insights, market awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to improve pricing performance and business outcomes.
The Pricing Leader will manage a team of three direct reports and partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leaders to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, leadership, and change management.
**What you will do:**
+ Develop and lead the pricing strategy for Trane Supply to support revenue growth, margin expansion, and market competitiveness.
+ Establish pricing frameworks, governance, tools, and processes that drive consistency and discipline across the business.
+ Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitive positioning, and financial performance to inform pricing decisions.
+ Partner with Sales and Regional leadership to design pricing approaches that balance growth, profitability, and customer value.
+ Lead pricing reviews, recommendations, and implementation plans for products, parts, programs, and customer segments.
+ Monitor pricing effectiveness through KPIs, dashboards, and financial analysis, and adjust strategies based on performance.
+ Identify opportunities for pricing optimization, discount management, and margin improvement.
+ Build business cases and present pricing recommendations to senior leadership.
+ Lead, coach, and develop a team of three direct reports, creating clear priorities, accountability, and professional growth opportunities.
+ Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and Product teams to support successful execution.
+ Champion pricing excellence by improving processes, capabilities, and organizational understanding of pricing strategy and value realization.
+ Ensure pricing practices are consistent with company policies, customer commitments, and commercial objectives.
**What you will bring: **
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field required.
+ 8+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, product management, sales operations, or a related business function.
+ 3+ years of people leadership experience, including direct management responsibility.
+ Demonstrated experience developing and implementing pricing strategies in a complex business environment.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
+ Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading through change.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to senior leaders.
+ Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and understanding of margin drivers.
+ Experience in distribution, HVAC, manufacturing, industrial, or channel-based business models preferred.
**Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:**
$146,521.66 - $204,609.99
