Pricing Coordinator
Job Title: Pricing Coordinator Job Description Join a dynamic team at a renowned dairy company that produces a wide variety of products, including fresh milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt, ice cream, and novelty treats. We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to ensure accuracy in pricing and customer satisfaction while contributing to our vibrant company culture. Responsibilities + Prepare, maintain, and distribute price lists for assigned customers. + Ensure all product pricing is accurate and correctly reflected on the pricing lists. + Calculate, prepare, and distribute customer rebates, ensuring they meet company objectives. + Enter customer promotions in the order-to-cash system. + Update pricing models regularly. + Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve pricing questions or concerns, ensuring high levels of customer service. + Work with sales and finance teams to assist with basic analytical reporting, including volume, pricing, and other ad hoc sales analysis reports. + Collect and analyze customer insights on pricing. + Utilize an understanding of product costing principles to comprehend price changes. + Help communicate and maintain process controls across departments, ensuring authoritative signatures, rebate reviews according to the audit schedule, and maintenance of customer agreements. Essential Skills + Pricing analysis + Detail-oriented + Accounting + Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables + Proficient in Microsoft Office Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 1+ years of work experience or a credible internship experience Work Environment This is a hybrid position with three days in the office and two days remote. Office days include Tuesday and Wednesday, plus one additional day of your choice. The office is located in the West End, where you will be part of a team of eight people. The manager is outgoing and fosters a cohesive team environment, promoting both professional and personal growth. Team outings, lunches, and events are common, making it a great place to work. The team is looking for a long-term addition to join and thrive! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
