What you can look forward to as a Pricing Analyst (m/f/d):

Develop comprehensive pricing proposals and calculate price ranges for spare parts, aligning with global pricing strategies for the transmission and axles assortment; Act as a key contributor in the preparation and execution of global price harmonization for the transmission and axles portfolio. Upon completion, assume ownership of regional coordination of minimum prices, including verification and analysis of global queries; Independently lead day-to-day operations, encompassing the implementation of market pricing for purchased and production parts, special tools, parts kits, components, and complete units; Oversee price round preparation and central price list management. This involves conducting independent analyses, deriving insights from data, and formulating proposals in accordance with SPV targets; Support the team lead in the development and execution of global pricing strategies for the transmission and axles portfolio, proposing viable solutions; Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiencies and improve both internal and external customer experiences; Collaborate with the Pricing Tools & Technologies Team to integrate current processes into new pricing software, necessitating a thorough analysis and understanding of existing tools.
 

Your profile as a Pricing Analyst (m/f/d):

Pricing skills: minimum 2-3 years of experience as pricing analyst; Data analysis, evaluation & visualization: proficiency in analysing complex data sets; ability to identify trends, insights and draw logical conclusions; skills in creating compelling and clear proposals; Financial acumen: good understanding of financial principles, including cost analysis, profitability analysis; Technical proficiency: PowerBi and Advanced Excel skills and experience in using pricing tools (as a minimum: VllokUp, HlookUp. Nested If Statements, Pivot Tables, SUMif, COUNtif); Communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, Fluent English, German – nice to have; Rigor in managing targets, as well as multiple projects simultaneously; Masters' degree in business admin or comparable training with subject-specific professional experience; Good automotive market/ product knowledge preferred, ideally within transmissions.
