To support the corporate Pricing and Coupon processes and strategies, monitor the company's compliance to advertising and established policies and guidelines, verify accuracy and executability of promotions, manage exception reports, resolve merchant and store pricing & coupon issues, and support training initiatives.

Essential Function

Utilize seasonal pricing strategies and PLU calendars to support execution of all price changes and coupon offersAssist merchants in executing pricing strategiesResolve all merchant and store pricing and coupon issues in a timely mannerManage creation and review of merchant compliance reportingAudit accuracy of pricing and couponsSupport and lead merchant training for pricingSupport the publication of the Critical Action ListSupport the execution of seasonal clearance strategies and MOSPartner with IT to continuously improve processes and ensure execution of strategiesMaintain coupon exclusion tablesBuild business partnerships that support corporate strategiesSupport Task Manager communication processSupport corporate presell eventsSupport store closing process

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required

Experience

1-3 years of applicable experience preferredretail experience preferredspecific work or project experience: General knowledge of pricing system and policies preferredAbility to operate PC/POS Register/ScannerWorks well in a team environmentDeadline oriented, organized, and ability to multi taskRespond with sense of urgencyStrong written, oral communication and analytical skillsStrong PC skills (primarily Excel, Powerpoint, Word)Query based system knowledge
