Pricing Analyst
Description As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the sales organization with pricing and all price-related topics. You will oversee the pricing structure, quotation, analytics, and implementation of global pricing projects and will be responsible for delivering on Pricing goals and KPIs. Monitor incoming quotation requests daily and ensure timely completion in partnership with all relevant stakeholders. Execute all quotations in alignment with established guidelines, pricing strategies, and the approved authorization matrix. Ensure cross-functional team collaboration to ease the price quoting process and facilitate agreements with business units where needed. Analyze incoming inquiries, support and consult with Sales to optimize price offers. Conduct price and margin analysis to support informed pricing decisions, identify pricing errors and revenue leakages, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of price master data. Support the implementation of global pricing projects. Support the implementation of the annual price adjustment Support the development, implementation and maintenance of pricing KPI’s, and highlight potential for improvements. Other duties as assigned Skills Pricing, Analysis, Data analysis, quoting, margin analysis, Sap Top Skills Details Pricing,Analysis,Data analysis,quoting,margin analysis,Sap Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field 2+ years of experience in pricing, finance or customer relations Experience with SAP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven thinking and attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI knowledge is a plus Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ames, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
