**Description**
**Overview:**
The position is responsible for delivering inputs and managing initiatives that support customer pricing and revenue management. It will develop actionable decision-making tools through data querying, synthesis, analysis, and presentation. The position will also support or lead specific initiatives that help the company maximize revenue or implement standards while maintaining a strong customer experience. Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to independently confirm that data is being used correctly is essential for success. In addition to analytical qualifications, the ability to develop effective working relationships across the organization is a key success factor.
**Responsibilities/Essential Functions:**
Existing Customer Pricing / Customer Price Adjustment
+ Provide analytical inputs at a customer level to determine recommended pricing for tens of thousands of customers.
+ Oversee testing and execution of pricing scripts within Aramark’s route accounting systems to adjust customer pricing in a systematic fashion.
+ Oversee pricing “clean-up” activity with Market Center locations, including verification of price protection status and national/strategic account classification.
+ Research and prepare pricing and/or revenue reporting and variance analysis.
Revenue Management
+ Lead periodic projects related to customer level revenue management.
+ This role will likely have a focus on developing tools and approaches to measure and act on customer level revenue quality.
+ Partner with Market Center locations to implement customer level changes that result from operational customer reviews.
Analytics
+ Lead workstreams of assigned initiatives from an analytical perspective. A possible example is standardization of billing practices.
+ Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, and/or verify information or data as needed to meet pricing and/or revenue operational needs.
+ Create and deliver documentation or training to educate users on established best practices around pricing and/or revenue operations practices and analytics.
+ Develop and share documentation around pricing and/or revenue operations and analytics to ensure timely and effective understanding of data

+ Ability to work with large amounts of data, organize and summarize the results and report the findings to management in a logical and organized fashion to support ongoing strategic decisions.
+ Inquisitive and detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to independently quality check outputs and confirm that data is being used appropriately.
+ Ability to tackle complex business questions, execute data mining and analysis, and generate business relevant insights
Computer / Technical Skills:
+ Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Competency with common business analytics and reporting tools and system(s), including Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
+ Knowledge of or ability to get up to speed with querying software – e.g., SQL.
**Working Environment/Safety Requirements:**
Work from home but may require travel occasionally.
**Experience/Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, computer science, business, mathematics or related field, or previous relevant work experience.
+ 1-2 years of Revenue Analytics experience.
Preferred Education / Experience
+ 1-2 years of Pricing or industrial laundry experience.
+ SQL knowledge preferred.
+ Experience with internal system (ABS) preferred.
+ Familiarity with data analytics procedures and data systems (Oracle).

Compensation: The salary rate for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
