Job Description
The Pricing Disputes Analyst is tasked with managing SAP price dispute cases across all Business Units that utilize SAP, where customers have concerns regarding their invoice prices. This role requires a deep understanding of internal systems and activation processes to effectively investigate and resolve such requests, potentially involving contract activations.
ResponsibilitiesSupport Customer Solutions team members throughout the price dispute review process.Collect and analyze data using internal systems and databases.Provide detailed analysis of price dispute information, including volume, root cause, and approved/denied dollar volume, as required by internal customers.Make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure 90% of cases are completed within the required 30-day SLA.Offer expedited support and guidance on escalations and urgent requests for customers.Provide training and guidance to internal business partners on processes and systems.Learn, employ, and advocate best practices and processes.Support contract audit requests with necessary documentation as required by the internal audit team.Continuously review internal processes and technology to identify improvement opportunities and develop implementable strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.Manage relationships with peers in internal client organizations.Essential SkillsStrong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques such as 4D, 8D, 5Y fishbone, etc.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in individual and group settings.Experience with Power BI, Model N, and SAP.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position, operating in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. The team is highly inclusive, and while the work can be independent at times, there is a strong emphasis on collaboration to review cases and results. The department is expanding rapidly and offers potential opportunities for full-time employment conversion.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.58 - $32.26/hr.
