\n\t\t\t\t\tTrack competitor pricing to identify emerging patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.\n\nFacilitate pricing updates by analyzing internal pricing frameworks, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring timely, accurate implementation.\n\nReview competitor offerings—including incentives, volume discounts, and promotional pricing—to understand their influence on customer behavior and market positioning.\n\nPerform annual assessments of program success using analytical methods, and recommend updates, renewals, or phase-outs based on performance.\n\nKeep organized records of competitive research, program outcomes, and pricing decisions for reporting and strategic planning.\n\nExamine internal sales metrics and market data to suggest promotional products, support levels, and campaign formats that support business objectives.\n\nEvaluate competitor promotions to establish benchmarks and identify areas for differentiation.\n\nPartner with the Pricing & Program Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that guide promotional strategy and align with broader sales goals.\n\nOperates as an individual contributor\n\nFunctions with minimal supervision\n\nCollaborates with management, sales and marketing, supply chain, and customer-facing teams\n\nSkilled in data analysis tools and techniques\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills—both written and verbal\n\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred\n\n3–5 years of experience in tire pricing or dealer program management preferred\n\nFamiliarity with SAP is a plus

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
