**Job Description**
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of supported business unit with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts- Support creation of yearly financial objectives that align with the business partner’s plan for growth and expansion- Prepare and may present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget, and cash flow- Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures- Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners- Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to crafting a positive Workplace of Choice culture- Provides understanding of the bigger picture and how projects relates to operational strategy / Enterprise goals- Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)
**Additional Job Description**
**Experience/Education**
+ +3 years in similar positions
+ Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar
+ English 80%
+ Must: Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Automation tools, some programing
**Activities:**
+ Establish go-to-market strategies based on market and profitability research.
+ Prepare profitability reports that show current and forecasted results.
+ Maintain financial control of assigned programs.
+ Analyze market positioning and pricing opportunities.
+ Analyze how incentives work in the market.
+ Experience working with high-performance teams.
+ Ability to express ideas with leadership.
+ Ability to synthesize information into clear and compelling messages.
+ Knowledge of finance and accounting.
+ Creation and analysis of financial scenarios.
+ Budget generation and control.
Hybrid position 3 days at office 2 days working from home
