**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Accurately input and code prevailing wage hours into payroll systems.
+ Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with regulations.
+ Collaborate with sales to anticipate prevailing wage job needs.
+ Respond to emails regarding certified payrolls.
+ Support payroll team operations and assist with special projects.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and wage calculations.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism across teams.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems; Kronos experience a plus.
+ Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Adaptability and collaboration in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
**Work Environment**
This role operates in a fast-paced office setting with cross-functional collaboration across payroll, HR, and operations teams. It requires a high level of discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to managing prevailing wage compliance.
